Hotel coordination encompassing all concerned departments.
Negotiation and mediation on to hotels and other suppliers on behalf of the client.
Control and supervision of overall logistics including transportation, changes..
Administration, control and distribution of VIP passes/tickets
Establishing rapport with front Desk, Housekeeping and Concierge
Preparation and coordination of reception desk/lobby presence
Rooming upgrades/selection coordination as per client
Verification of functionality, infrastructure and convenience of different venue types
Sourcing of last-minute transportation needs
Follow up on all maintenance/cleanliness of vehicles
Driver briefing and verification of drivers grooming and behaviour.
Verification of seamless changes in transportation schedule
